I am passionate about business design and innovation. I help organisations, leaders and teams to design and transform better business. I do this as an entrepreneur with my company Business Models Inc., and as an author and keynote speaker.
About me
Business Design & Innovation
Patrick founded Business Models Inc. the company that drives growth through innovation. BMI helps leaders and teams to systematically grow the core business, unlock new opportunies and build innovation capabilities. We work in collaboration with our clients like IKEA, ING, Mars, Medtronic and Heineken to create lasting results.
Producer and author
After producing the global bestseller Business Model Generation, Patrick began writing his own books on business collaboration tools and methods, including Design a Better Business and Business Model Shifts. Through these books, he continues to explore business design—helping leaders and teams innovate, grow, and transform through practical tools, strategic thinking, and impactful business models. His latest book, Create the WOW, explores an innovation workflow powered by AI and will be published in fall '25.
Keynote speaker
What excites me about keynotes, is to meet new people and organisations and to explore the business innovation topics from different perspectives. To share insights and knowledge with and amongs different organisations to learn and grow is very rewarding.
